This candy is easy to make and turns out delicious.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours refrigerated
Yield: 30 slices
Ingredients:
- wax paper
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 jar of peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cup instant potatoes
- small amount of water.
Steps:
- Roll out wax paper.
- Add a small amount of water to instant potatoes mix. Roll out potatoes.
- Add peanut butter on top of potatoes and roll into a pinwheel.
- Let set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours then slice and enjoy. You will not be disappointed.
