My 6 month old pup just started pooping and peeing in the middle of the night. She has been potty trained 4 months now. This last week we have had steady rains. Is this the cause of her recent digression?

If you have not changed the times when you walk her or take her outside for potty breaks, or the time you feed and water her, I would check with your vet. It seems like a strange thing to have happen at this age. Also, I have heard of pets that will come back into the house before their business is finished because they don't like the rain.
