I need help potty training a stubborn puppy.

Everytime it starts doing its business on the carpet you need to pick the puppy up and take it outside, keep doing this will learn the puppy to go outside. Hitting the puppy or rubbing its nose in its own mess will accomplish nothing, as the puppy does not know it has done anything wrong. (08/12/2010)
