I have a Poulan Pro riding mower with a 25 hp Briggs and Stratton engine. The mower itself hasn't given me one problem until this past summer while I was in the middle of mowing. While mowing the backyard, I could feel the mower dying on me and watched the battery meter slowly fall and then it shut off and I haven't been able to start it since.
I have replaced the battery, starting solenoid, ignition, and the only thing that happens is the lights come on and the fan will click when you turn the key. We also tried jumping it off of a car battery. Still, no start. Any ideas?
