How do you make your own simple, good French Vanilla powdered creamer for coffee?

French Vanilla Coffee Creamer Recipe
3/4 cup Non-dairy Coffee Creamer
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
Combine all ingredients in a pint sized jar. Shake well to blend. Store in a cool dry place, and use as with normal coffee creamer. Good luck.

What kind and where can you purchase powdered French vanilla or regular vanilla for making your own coffee creamer?
You can buy at Penzey's or Amazon.
There are many brands. They are very expensive. Be sure to read reviews before buying.
I have seen the powder for sale at Etsy, eBay, Amazon and private sites like one called Beanilla.
Depending on how much vanilla flavor you want and if you want the flavor to be sweet, I used to keep a vanilla pod in a sugar bowl and use it in my coffee. It added a nice, subtle vanilla flavor.
I now drink my coffee black and with no sugar and just use a pinch of Pensey cinnamon for flavor.
