I have a fuse electrical panel. My power went out from the fuse box. I reset it, but part of the house is still without power. I replaced all the fuses except the 50amp main fuse, but that section on the house is still without power. What is happening?

The wiring in the back of the box may be worn. I would call an electrician if I were you.
Do you not know what caused your power to shut down? Maybe a heater and another appliance cutting on at the same time or? Have you had problems before? Did one part of the house lose power or the whole house? I'm just asking some of the questions an electrician will ask as the answers may narrow the trouble down to one area.
Call the power company to make sure you have not lost a leg coming in from the outside. You should have 2 lines of 120 v and 1 line of neutral line and they all come in together to total your 240v that the house runs off of. Sometimes, one of those 120v lines goes out. When that happens, anything that runs off of that leg (or line) won't work.
