Power Sockets Only Work If Light On?

I recently rewired a new circuit of garden lights. Now the sockets in the shed only work if the outside lights are on.

You have obviously connected the sockets to the light switch. Since this didn't occur to you, and you don't know what you did wrong, I think it is time to call an electrician. Wiring is nothing to fool with if you don't know what you are doing. You could burn down your buildings with faulty wiring. These tradespersons train for years to these jobs safely and efficiently.
