Family Looking at London Snow GlobeKeep a memory of a favorite restaurant or place by saving a set of decorative paper placemats to take home. Once home you can cover them with clear contact paper on both sides to preserve them and your memories. My parents had lovely ones that they had gotten from Ireland.

You can also look out for beer coasters to use at home, too. The German ones are great - but I have seen nice ones here at home, too.

You can do the same with picture frames, put your momentos inside and display on the wall, on a table, cabinet, etc. or give as a gift.
