In our household, we usually plan our cooking based on what we have leftover at home, cravings/meal requests and the circular weekly ads. There are a couple of stores where you can "double dip" circular weekly ad sales.
For instance, there is Sprouts, a natural and organic Grocery Store with over 250 locations in the United States. Their ads are on Wednesdays and, since the weekly circular ads last a week, a new one starts Wednesdays. Wednesday is the best day to shop because you get to shop the previous week and current week sales for double the savings!
Saving money and time and the middle of the week is a great time to shop (less crowds) and a perfect time to restock on food, since you will have fresh ingredients from Sunday to Wednesday and then Wednesday to Saturday.
