I had this piercing done about a week or so ago and this started coming out about 2 days ago. I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. It doesn't hurt it's just there.

You should go back to where it was pierced and have them look at it. Other than this you should go to a doctor to have it checked out. This looks terrible and could cause you a lot of problems in the end.
Warm salt water rinse several times a day. If it's still there in a few days, go to the place you got it done.
They are supposed to give you a care guide to follow. Go back to the piercing shop and see what they say. If not, make an appointment to the doctor.
This should be in the care of a doctor if this persist, there is info you should receive with any piercing. Follow and follow up to the letter!
You say it doesn't hurt which is a good sign but itis still a very dangerous looking thing. YOu could be on your way to a very serious infection

Ive got the same problem Ive had that little lump thing for a few years and never gone away its common and a lot of people get it, its not a bad sign
All the doctor will do is tell you to take it out of if its infected dont itll heal with the infection in it then youll have bigger problems best I can tell you is rinse with warm salt water 2 a day and make sure you keep up with dental hygiene thats very important
