I just adopted a 35 day old Labrador. He was fine for three days and then started with vomiting and diarrhea. I took him to the vet who started him on oral antibiotics, but as it got worse he is also on IV fluids and injectable medication. Today is the fourth day and he has been diagnosed with parvovirus. The stools have gotten bloody since today in the afternoon. Although he is on medication he is very lethargic and weak. What are the chances of his survival? It is already more than 72 hours.

Contact the vet immediately. Bloody stool is a bad sign. Good luck.
Since you have already started vet care, I would give the treating vet a call ASAP to get his/her feedback. Sometimes vets keep the pups in the "hospital" to get them on IVs.
Thank you

I hope your pup is doing well.
It is not uncommon for a pup with Parvo to be weak and lethargic but any change in stools should be a sign to call the vet.
Maybe some reading on Parvo would help you with taking care of him.
He is very young.
Most important - Just be sure he gets plenty of fluids - did the vet tell you about giving fluids or specify any kind (as well as water)?
Many vets recommend Gatorade but he HAS to drink even if by eye dropper. Try to get him to drink every 10-15 minutes.
This is a very good article.
