I have a 40 day old Pug puppy and he is suffering from parvo stage-3. He is very weak and couldn't even move his body. Is there is any chance of recovery?

Strongly push intake of water round the clock. My husband's son had pup years ago with Parvo and this is what the vet told him to do. The pup pulled through.
Recovery varies from dog to dog. Keep in touch with the vet. Good luck.
If the dog is this wqeak and this sick I would allow the vet to take care of him for a few days and put in an IV. This can help get the fluids that he needs and make sure he has the best care possible. I know in the US they send the dogs home for you to take care of them but here they keep them at the vets and they have a better chance of survival.
You need to get back to your Vet and tell him/her about the changes in your puppies condition. You need to do it right away. Parvo can be deadly very quickly. Your Vet can give him supportive care while his body fights the virus. He may need hydration, antibiotics or more. When the Vets advice is followed puppies have a much better chance of recovery. If you care for him at home be sure and tell the Vet about any changes in his condition.
There is always a chance of recovery. I know parvo survivors but all had extensive vet care and close monitoring. Hydration is critical and you will need to follow vet guidance carefully and exactly. Keep a positive attitude and post back with updates! I will say lots of prayers for healing.
