I am looking for a LLC name for rental property. I am currently undecided whether I will manage the property myself or not. I want to come up with something professional, but I don't want to include my name so there would be no personal association.

Make sure your state does not require a real estate license. Also you need business insurance that includes all coverage. A "LLC" has limited coverage to protect what you own. Also on file have current copies of all leases of tenants keep very good books of all money. Everything you do must be in writing and scanned to owner no matter how small an item is.
