Bake cake in greased 9x13 inch pan according to package directions. Immediately punch holes in hot cake with wooden spoon handle, 1 inch apart. Beat together powdered sugar, milk and pudding mix. Pour 1/2 into holes in cake. Let remaining thicken, and pour over cake. When ready to serve, top with whipped topping. Keeps well in refrigerator.
