Make up your cupcakes as per box directions. Make instant pudding and place in fridge to cool. Allow cupcakes to cool completely then take a small circle cutter or bottle cap and cut out a small circle in the cupcake. (do not go through the bottom) Use a plastic bag with the tip cut off or a pastry bag with the small hole tip and fill the hole in each cupcake with the pudding to the top. Gently lift and drop the cupcake pans to settle the pudding and put a little more pudding in the holes if necessary. Frost with your favorite frosting. Note: Make sure you refrigerate these cupcakes because of the pudding.
