This is a wonderful recipe that can be made in the crock pot or oven. Made from a cut called Boston butt, that is great for slow roasting and goes a long way. The left over pulled pork can be frozen, and pulled out of your freezer. Serve for lunch, dinner or for those unexpected guest.
Prep Time: 20 min
Cook Time: 5 to 7 hours
Ingredients:
- 7 - 10 lb. Boston Butt
- 1 med onion
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 4 oz. can chipotles pepper with Adodo sauce

I use a pork loin for my pulled pork. I use a small amount of BBQ sauce on top of the loin and cook 6-8 hours. After I shred the pork loin, I add more BBQ sauce. Everyone seems to love it.
