Before replacing, check the filter cartridge for dirt , this can clog and make your pump do the off/on problem. Replace that if needed. Often it is the clogging that shuts off this pump. Here are other troubleshooting solutions .- www.hunker.com/
Its not a pool pump its an are mattress
You can always replace the pump. You just need to find out the number that is on the pump and order a new one. However, I am not sure if you have taken any measures to clean this out and keep the filter cleaned and changed. A dirty pump will clog up or stop working because the water cannot flow through the pump correctly. Before investing in a new pump remove the filer and clean the filter by running water over the filter to get all the dirt out of the filter.
Intex pool pumps are advertised to last 8-12 years with proper maintenance so it would appear your pump should be fixable.
There are several reasons your pump may not be working correctly and some of the reasons are probably due to insufficient cleaning on a regular basis.
"Typically, decreased pump water flow indicates an issue with the filter cartridge. A dirty or clogged filter won't allow water to pass through it as easily. Examine the cartridge and replace if necessary. ... Check to see if there are any pin-sized holes in the hose that might cause it to lose water."
Since your pump is really still very new, I would suggest you contact the company to see what they recommend.

have you discussed this with the company where you purchased your equipment?
Usually these stores are eager to help solve these problems because they want your continued business.
They may want you to take the pump in for a visual inspection.
I think this should be your first step - ask for their help.
Sorry - we were on the wrong track - pool pumps are usually what is in need of repair.
Air pumps are a different story and probably may need replacement but I would contact the company and tell them your problems so they can tell you if it can be fixed. They will need your model number.
They only have 90 day warranty but you can contact Intex and ask them if your pump is repairable or if there is a way to troubleshoot it.
