Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Large egg
- 1/2 can pumpkin (7.5oz)
Steps:
- In a bowl, add your dry ingredients.
- Cut your butter into smaller pieces and incorporate in your bowl, mix a little.
- Add your wet ingredients (pumpkin, 1 egg, milk) and cranberries. Mix until everything is in a dough consistency.
- Lightly spread some flour on parchment paper. Pour the dough mixture on top and pat the dough to about an inch to inch and half consistency.
- Cut dough into triangles, and place on lined baking pan.
- Beat last egg.
- Brush scones with egg. Then dash of sugar over the scones.
- Preheat your oven to 400 F and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until ready.
