I always use whatever yogurt we have on hand, it is a staple in our refrigerator all the time for every meal. I use a hand mixer rather than a blender, one of the immersion kind.
Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender.
Blend until mixture is smooth.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
