My 15 week old puppy was diagnosed with parvo on Wednesday morning. It is Friday night and she is already eating food, drinking water, running, and playing could she have been misdiagnosed?

Some pups recover faster than others, so it is hard to tell. I would, to be safe, treat it as if it is parvo, follow your vets instructions to the letter, and clean your home and surrounding outside space as the vet directs so in case it is, no other fur child gets it.

I don't think she was misdiagnosed. Consider yourself lucky that she is recovering so quickly.
