I have a 13 week old puppy that was wormed on Tuesday and 3 days later I woke up to rather a large stool with blood in it. Do I need to worry?

It may be nothing, but I would call the vet.
I would want to be sure you are not dealing with parvo. Bloody diarrhea can be the 1st sign. I would have this puppy checked out by a Vet right away. Especially if he has not had a full series of parvo shots.
