Puppy Has Red Bumps on Skin?

bumps on tummy My Lilly girl is about 3 1/2 months old. The past few days I noticed some bumps on her skin. Some are worse than others. They look almost like blisters, but others are just red bumps. What could this be? Should I take her to the vet?

These could be flea bites. To be safe take her to the Vet's.

These are not flea bites. They could be a skin infection. They can be dangerous. Yes to the Vet.
