My 10 week old Shih Tzu has been having diarrhea and vomiting. She has had it on and off since her first worm treatment. She eats, drinks, and plays with the kids. What can it be? Should I take her to the vet?

She may have parvo. Contact your vet immediately.
upset stomach give her cooked rice and ground beef or chicken and rice worked for my dog
This could be serious as just having diarrhea can deplete a dog of necessary fluids and this could be very dangerous to her health.
Sometimes they play but could get sick very quickly and not be at a time you could see the vet.
Yes, it could also be Parvo but your vet can tell you and supply medicine for whatever is the cause.
Take her as soon as you can - tell the vet's office it is an emergency (and it could be).
Any changes in bowel habits warrants a call or trip to the vet ASAP. Especially if it is after a vet treatment. Pups can get dehydrated quickly and that can go bad fast. Prayers for your pup and you! Keep me posted on what the vet says!
