I got my 4 month old Pit Bull puppy about 3 weeks ago. Now lately he started urinating on his bed. He literally stands and just let's loose. He knows it is wrong because he immediately runs away. This is the 3rd time he has done it. I am really not sure what to do. I wash the bed immediately after to get rid of the smell. Today he was outside for a hour when I let him back in he went straight to his bed to urinate

Take him to the vet to make sure there are no physical issues or infections. Make sure he is on a strict feeding/walking schedule. You may have to crate him until he learns to do his business outside.
Definitely have the vet check this out. It could be stress or a UTI or some other health issue.
If he gets a clean bill of health, then talk to the vet about crate training.
Both my dogs were crate trained. It is a matter of keeping them in a schedule, being consistent with positive rewards when they go outside and no negative when they forget. Ignore them, don't yell, just clean it up. Bigger dogs usually learn pretty quickly.
Prayers for the pup and you!
