I have a friend whose puppy seems to have parvo. The friend is on assistance and needs help. This poor little puppy is running out of time.

That puppy needs to be taken in NOW. If the symptoms are congruent with parvo it could be either parvo or the corona virus. Both are extremely fatal and if you wait you will lose the puppy. My dog just died of the corona virus last month. We waited one day after he started showing symptoms and he died the following morning. Take the puppy in now.
