Puppy Not Eating?

We have just recently been given a, 6-8 week old puppy, that the vet has given medicines for hookworms and roundworms. That seems to be taking care of getting rid of them, but she is still not wanting to eat. She drinks lots of water and will eat when we force feed her as the vet showed us, but not on her own. Any suggestions?

The medicine for worms is really tough. It makes pets feel sick and not want to eat.
You may have to keep up the syringe feedings until the meds are out of her system.
Are you using wet kibble or replacement formula? Try puppy formula if she gets too thin or you're concerned.
