I have a three months old GSD puppy. She stopped eating as of 3 days ago and she has lost a lot of weight and also reduced in size. Please what do I do to help her condition?

Please take your pup to your vet immediately!!! Not eating for three days and losing weight are signs of a serious problem!!!
The dog may have an intestinal blockage from eating something it shouldn't have. If this is the case it would die without veterinary care. Or, there may be something else wrong. If weight loss is noticeable a trip to the vet is required.
