I'm dog sitting my boyfriend's dog. I've known her since he got her. She's an 11 month old Pomeranian. She is pad trained at his house. At my house she's good about pooping on the pad, but just pees everywhere! I scold her and she slinks away, but it's not making any difference. How am I supposed to correct her to effect a change? Why is she doing this?

She's peeing from stress. She's worried your boyfriend will never come back. Keep her in a gated area with linoleum flooring so you can clean it more easily, until he comes back. Don't scold her. It will only make the problem worse.
