I have a 6 month old Bichon. He was neutured 2 weeks ago and ever since he pees and poops everywhere. He was potty trained before on the wee pad. What can I do now?

Please take him ASAP to your vet to check for a possible problem from the neutering and any other medical condition causing the current problem.
