You need to have the vet check to see if your dog has intestinal parasites. These would cause blood in the dog's stool.

Does she have any other signs, like vomiting and diarrhea? If it only happened once don't worry, but if it is every time you need a vet.

This could be a simple as a hemorrhoid or as bad as cancer. You need to call the vet

What happened to the mother?

• First off when a puppy is that small the mother will lick the stomach of the puppy and then the puppy will pee and poop. You can't force the dog to poop.

• 1 week old puppy's can't poop on their own. The mother palys a major role in the feeding and cleaning of the small dogs.
• What type of formula are you feeding this puppy? I sure hope you have gotten a formula that is the same as mother's milk. Otherwise you can damage the stomach of this tiny baby.
• I would call the vet immediately, there is something that isn't right. When you are forcing the puppy to poop after feeding the puppy you could of damaged an organ or something. I'd take this tiny baby to the vet's and make sure you're taking care of it correctly.
