Puppy Recovered from Parvo Threw Up Food?

I just came home from the vet with my puppy last night, she had been admitted for 5 days. She has recovered from parvo and is already eating solid food like chicken, but this morning she vomited her food and then ate again is it normal? Do I need to take her to the vet?
