Puppy Recovering from Parvo Not Eating?

Two days after getting his first vaccination my two month old puppy got infected with the parvo virus. I took him to vet on time and he was given IV fluids for 5 days after which he stopped vomiting. But even two days after the treatment ended he is not eating anything. I have tried a lot of things, but he is not showing any interest in food. He just keeps sitting at a place, but he is neither eating nor drinking. What can I do in such a situation?
