I just bought a puppy. The man told me she's 8 weeks old. He said she was good on everything for another 2 weeks. Well when I got her home she was eating and playing. Later that night she started to throw up. All it was was dry dog food. She had gotten into my big dog's food instead of her wet food.
My mom got really scared and took her to the feed and seeds store and bought her a parvo shot because we just recently lost a dog to parvo and it scares my mom. She said that that man could have been lying and we asked the people at the feed and seed would it hurt her if we gave it to her early. They said no. It was the 5 in 1 shot. So we gave her the shot.
Now she's not wanting to eat her food at all. Sheis drinking water, but she will throw it up from time to time within a couple of hours of drinking it. For the most part she's keeping it down. She has diarrhea. It's like orangish and stinks. I don't know if its just some side effects or what. But we're getting scared for her. Any comments would be greatly appreciated on what to do. Thank you.

Sounds like parvo. Get your dog to the vet ASAP. The people who sold you a sick dog should pay for it.
hello there I have two puppies that right now throwing up but one is eating but not drinking and the second one is not eating or drinking but i gave them their second parvo shots and the next they are not feeling good but one of them is having sour stomach now
Pups are like people and they can react to the vaccines or it could be something else. Did you get the vaccine from the vet? If not, please take the vial to the vet ASAP and get the pup checked out.
Prayers and healing wishes!! Post back with an update.
You need to take your puppy to the Vet asap. Hopefully the seller was telling the truth and she has had at least one shot. Explain to the Vet that you gave her a 2nd shot. She has a good chance with Vet care and good nursing from you. Be sure to follow the plan your Vet gives you to the letter.
By chance did you find out what it was that your puppy had. Mine id doing The same thing.
If you recently had another dog with parvo in the house or outside the virus is still there. Maybe try to sanatize before bringing a new puppy in next time? But don't waste money on vet visits !! I saved my grandma's dog that had parvo , All you need is charcoal pills (sold at walmart), Gatorade & pediyalite , break 2 pills in a cup, mix the two drinks and a Syringe you can use to down it down her throat!!
