My three month old Westie had his final shots yesterday (Saturday 2/29/2020) the shots were duramune ultra dap, rabies, bronchi shield oral, Lyme vaccine, and leptovax 4 series. He had pain at the shot area, totally expected, but this morning (Sunday 3/1/2020) he threw up three times and during palpitation to see where his tummy hurt he would yep or cry. Is this normal?

No, this is not normal. Vaccines can have complications so I suggest calling the vet first thing this morning and getting the pup in as soon as possible. It could be something totally unrelated, but it could be a reaction and the vet can help things back on track.

No this is not normal and it could also be very dangerous. I would call the vet back immediately and get the dog back there ASAP. Normally puppy shots can cause the dog to not want to eat or sleep all day long but to cry like this there is something else wrong with the dog.
This is a lot of vaccinations at one time for a puppy. I hope he has improved but you need to tell your Vet about his reaction and consider less vaccinations at once next time.
