Give her different types of food until she finally eats. Try everything; wet food, dry food, treats. If nothing works, you must go to the vet.

There has been many many cases of parvovirus this year.I would go to the vets or at least call for advice.
If you cannot afford the vets try to give the dog antibiotics if you can get some.
There medicine is mostly the same as ours.

i assume this is a young puppy and she has not been to the vet for shots/vaccinations and what you are describing certainly sounds like Parvo.
- This is a very dangerous virus and puppies can die from dehydration in just a few hours so keep watch and do not leave this puppy alone for any length of time.
- Whatever you decide to do this is a 24 hours job or this puppy cannot survive.
- Hopefully you have already taken her to the vet but if not please do so soon so you will know for sure what you are dealing with.
- Your vet bill will be high cost but if possible, the vet will let you take your puppy home to complete treatment.
- Once the diagnosis is confirmed there are several things you can do (always follow vet's advice).
- Your pet may not want to drink water on its own, so you will need to take steps to force feed your dog water. This can be done with a pipette or syringe.
- Create a solution. In a one liter bottle fill one cup of water and fill up the rest using Pedialyte that contains zinc. Also add 1 activated charcoal tablet after you have crushed it well. Now using a syringe feed 10 ml doses of this solution to your dog. It is necessary to administer 10 ml doses every 15 minutes. Activated Charcoal tablets can be found at any health food store or aquarium store.
- You will need to give them an amount of Pedialyte or Gatorade charcoal solution based on their weight.
- During the infection, you will need to monitor how hydrated your dog is. Hydration levels can be checked by trying to lift the skin above the shoulder blades or back in a tent. If the skin snaps promptly back into place, the hydration levels are fine. If it takes a while or remains lifted then the pup will need to be hydrated ASAP.
- There are other steps to take so read and reread everything while you trying to save your puppy.
You should read as much as possible about what steps to take and follow them religiously if you want to save your puppy.
