If you need help with your application, you can always call your federal or state Congressman/women:

Those that represent your area should have a local office and if you call and make an appointment (which is how ours work in PA), you can go there, some let you use their computers, they have copiers and notary.

The applications are complicated for all states,so sometimes it is good to have someone from the govt. help you cut through all the red tape.

Sending you best wishes!!

Medicaid can get confusing because it is different for each state.
Most states will approve Medicaid for children but only a few have Medicaid for healthy adults.

Ohio appears to be one of the states that have Medicaid for adults but may not have all services available. If Ohio Medicaid does not cover all services for adults (and this is what you need) you can search for free or low cost health services with your zip code as most states do have health clinics that charge a small co-payment for services.
Most states do not cover dental services (emergency only maybe) for adults.
