- Chicken Chili - serving 4 bowls
- Chicken Soft Tacos - serving 4 big taco wraps or 6 small taco wraps depending on the soft tortilla you buy.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes or until warm
Total Time: 10-20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 15 oz cans baked beans
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 3-4 Tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 Tbsp Chipotle Sauce
- 4-6 soft flour tortillas
- sour cream
Steps:
- I used about 2 frozen chicken breasts chopped and sautéed quickly. Remove from heat.
- Over medium heat, add beans.
- Add spinach and tomatoes. Gently stir.
- Add chicken breasts, bbq sauce and chipotle sauce. Stir and combine well. Turn off heat when soup is warm.
- For chicken soft taco wrap - I chopped about 2 grilled chicken and warmed up. Over medium-low heat thawed spinach. Added sour cream on tortilla and then some chicken and spinach then wrapped. Feel free to add more or less ingredients.
