I colored my hair a week ago with semi permanent color and I don't like it. It became so dark. Is it OK to color again with permanent color now?

Yes. Semipermanent color doesnt Jaxs the chemicals that permanent color does.
It is OK if your hair is healthy. If your hair falls out often (before coloring), is generally brittle or frizzy, I would wait at least a month and during that time use as few chemicals as possible and even reduce blow drying and curling/straightening.
