I colored my hair last week a permanent dark chocolate. I don't like this color. I wanna go back to blonde. Can I use light blonde? I am afraid of the result.

You would have to remove the darker color first, then apply the blonde. This is best left to a professional.
You need a color stripper then a good amount of hair treatments.
A light color won't cover a dark one. It will need to be stripped, then conditioned before recoloring.
I would definitely get it done professionally, as it will save you a lot of hassle. The good thing is that your not stuck with it and can get the color you want. : )
