2 of my finches just fledged yesterday (8/20/17) the other 2 haven't braved the world outside of the nest yet, but I'm sure it will be soon. When can I re-home them? The first egg was laid 8/2/17, the next one on 3rd, 4th, and the last one on the 5th. One of the babies had fallen out of the nest just a couple days after it was born so it is a little bit behind the others, but doing perfectly fine.

It is best to wait till the baby is fully weaned. Normally two months is a good age to re-home your finches. Before this is a bit young and the babies will be confused. If the babies are weaned at 7 weeks you can consider re-homing them then. Most breeders say it is best to wait until they are 8 weeks before re-homing.
You should wait until weaning is complete. This is at about 2 months of age. The bird should not be molting, either.
It is a good idea to wait at least 7 to 8 weeks.
You can rehome them around October second that is two months. Also make sure they are completely weaned.
