My peel and stick wallpaper fell off the wall after a year. It's been very humid and unseasonably rainy. Can I put the wallpaper back on and with what kind of adhesive?

Do you know the brand you used? You might want to contact them to see if they have a warranty? You may be entitled to a new one since it's already fallen off the wall.
Tip on how to reattach the wallpaper.

I agree with trying the company first to see if it has a warranty.
Once you get it rehung, you may want to consider a dehumidifier in the room to pull out some of the moisture.
I did contact the company(email is the only way ) with no response back.
That is a shame. Customer Service seems to be at an all time low in today's day and age.
Maybe a local hardware store could give you some info on the best way to proceed if you want to rehang the original. This may sound weird, but when I was in an apartment, we hung fabric using velcro on the wall and one the fabric and it held (it was not a full wall--it was an accent spot (small odd wall).
You need to get all the old adhesive off the wall first. Go to a wallpaper store and tell them what you want.
