We've received a few complaints about problems with the new format of the newsletters. One person has Vista and cannot read the html format but a few others are having similar problems running XP.
This page contains the following solutions.
As I'm sure everyone has heard, the Pacific Northwest was hit by a severe windstorm on Thursday night (12/14/06). The homes and office of Thriftyfun lost electricity and some trees fell down in Susan's yard. Everyone is safe but there will be no newsletters or new posts until the power is back.
We have received many emails asking where the daily newsletters have been this week. There have been circumstances out of our control that delayed them. We should get them sent as soon as possible. All of us at ThriftyFun apologize for the delays and hope to be back on track soon. Our last newsletter of this year will be on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, for the Christmas holiday. We will start back up on January 2nd. Happy Holidays to all!
