Does anyone have a recipe for Kashi Oatmeal dark chocolate cookies? I can't figure it out because their ingredient list is long and some of the ingredients are hard to find. I love these because they are so healthy and I can have them for breakfast, but they are EXPENSIVE!

I don't have a recipe for them, in the meantime, be sure to sign up at Kashi's website and you will get ALL SORTS of coupons sent to your mailbox. I have gotten up to 10 coupons at one time for $1 off or more. And even a few FREE boxes. Worth checking into I'd say. (04/26/2008)

Here is a link for Kashi oatmeal cookies with raisins and cranberries. Maybe you could substitute the fruit with chocolate chips and dried cherries. I would love to have some Kashi cookie copycat recipes myself.

Bob's Red Mill makes a 10 Grain Hot Cereal Mix that has a very similar list of grains. I'm going to try a recipe tonight. (05/10/2008)
