Can someone tell me what to do with a small jar of pimentos. Something simple. I've had them for awhile; don't remember why I bought them. But I don't want them going to waste.

Saute the chopped pimentos in olive oil and garlic and add to chopped spinach.
Also, chop pimentos and mix with softened cream cheese and spread on boiled ham slices. Roll up and cut into 1" pieces and serve with cocktails.
Little grated cheese, little Miracle Whip - stuff it into celery.
