I am looking for a recipe for the cheese biscuits like they serve at Red Lobster. They are so light and fluffy and have such a wonderful flavor.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits aka Red Lobster Biscuits
Mix Bisquick, milk, and cheddar until a soft ball forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by balls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Mix butter and garlic and brush on rolls while still on the pan and hot.

I just use the regular muffin mix and add grated cheddar cheese to taste and garlic powder. (01/23/2005)

You can do a Google search for Red Lobster's cheese biscuits. There are several sites including one from a former employee of Red Lobster. (01/23/2005)

I have a great recipe for Red Lobster Style Biscuits.
If you've tried some of the other clones and found them to be a little "off" from the real thing, you should enjoy this easy-to-bake version that'll fool even the biggest Red Lobster freaks.
Brush on top
Serve warm. Makes one dozen biscuits.
