I am looking for a recipe that I have heard exists for a chocolate zucchini mayonnaise cake.

Here is one recipe that uses mayonnaise in the cake recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
Step 1
Cream together the mayonnaise, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
Step 2
Add eggs and sour milk. Beat together.
Step 3
Add the flour, cocoa, spices, and salt. Beat until mixed.
Step 4
Add the grated zucchini. Blend thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan,
Step 6
Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup (or more) chocolate chips and 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
Step 7
Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes
No mention of how to prepare the baking pan, so I assumed "grease and flour..." and did so.

Step 3
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and cinnamon together and add to creamed mixture.
Step 4
Beat well. Stir in diced zucchini.
Step 5
Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and sprinkle top with chocolate chips.

This is new to me so I will have to try this soon. Sounds like a tasty but healthy cake (if that is possible). Numerous recipes on the Internet but basically all are about the same.
Step 1
The two recipes given are very similar except Coville123's cake uses butter instead of mayonnaise but that is an easy fix - just substitute the mayonnaise for the same amount of butter the recipe calls for.
Step 2
Most recipes call for sour milk or buttermilk and many people do not have these in their fridge. Sour milk is an easy fix - 1/2 - 3/4 cup skim milk mixed with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar.
Brunt cakes are always a nice change so if you want to try something different maybe you can check these out. No mayonnaise but lots of chocolate and zucchini.
