Recipe for Knorr Leek Soup Chicken Pot Pie?

I've lost the recipe for chicken pot pie using Knorr's Leek soup. The recipe was on the back of the leek soup packet. Can anyone help me with this recipe, please?

Give Knorr a call at 1-866-566-7701 Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Hopefully they have the old recipes on file.

They are very nice and some of the folks will send coupons to you also!
