Recipes Using Sponge Cakes

Sponge Cake slices stacked on a plateIngredients
  • 4 individual sponge cakes
  • 1/4 cup sliced or frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup cubed banana
  • 1/4 cup sliced kiwi
  • 1/4 cup crush pineapple
  • Advertisement

  • 1 Tablespoon flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup prepared whipped topping
  • 4 Tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts, optional

Directions

Mix together all fruits and coconut. Place sponge cakes on individual serving plates. Spoon 1/4 of each pudding cup onto sponge cakes. Then spoon 1/4 of the fruit mixture onto this. Lastly Spoon 1/4 of whipped topping on top. If desired, sprinkle 1 Tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts onto the cakes after the topping.
