My 1 year old dog got pravo and we immediately took her to the vet, but they were charging a lot to just help my little dog. So we brought her home and gave her Pedialyte and silver water. She recovered and is getting up to date with her shots, but my other dog Duke is fully vaccinated. When can they be together again?

Since your other dog is vaccinated, there should be no issue getting them together.
Double check with your vet to make sure that Duke had his parvo vaccines. He should be good. I am thinking that if they were together before your baby puppy was symptomatic, and he is OK, all should be well.
Do be sure to make sure your home and property are probably cleaned so that no neighborhood pups who many not be vaccinated are infected. Parvo can last in soil for 6 month if not treated. It is just a courtesy to take care of trying to rid your entire inside and outside space of it.
The vet can tell you the best way to do this for your climate and area.
