My 1.5 months old Lab has parvo. The vet diagnosed it on Tuesday and since then he is getting his IV. He hasn't pooped in the last 28 hours and hasn't puked 4 times in 24 hours. Will he be able to make it?

It sounds like you are doing everything right! You got him in for vet care and things are progressing! I know many parvo survivors and they all had immediate and proper vet care.
I will send up lots of prayers for a full recovery! Every dog recovers at a different pace, so follow the vet guidance to the letter and keep positive!!
Post an update!! Prayers!
This takes time, but stay in touch with the Vet,they will tell you what is expected!
It sounds like things are moving in the right direction. Keep doing what the vet tells you and call the vet if things take a turn for the worse.
If you catch parvo in the early stages the dog normally can make it with the medications the vet gives you. Just keep an eye on him and if he gets worse take him back to the vet.
Hi
My puppy is suffering from parvo too. So l had to learn about parvo clearly. If it is parvo your dog won't eat at all and after a day it would start to have fever and light colour diherria turns into bloody diherria if your vet gives best treatment as giving antibiotics injection its good. But do not choose antibiotical tablets it's hard to feed your dog. So if you dog survives more than three days it is sure that it would survive
